Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! I love to travel and capture your big day! I have a full tank of gas and a passport! I have an all inclusive package for this!
Will there be a second shooter?
I do not bring a second photographer, but I do have a package that includes a second photographer
What kind of gear do you use?
I use a Sony A7R V full frame with a 28-75 mm and 70-200mm 2.8 lens. I also have different studio flashes for darker settings
Do I have to order prints through you?
You do not have to buy prints through me. Although, I highly recommend ordering the prints through me since I order my prints through one of the best printing companies in Iowa. I provide high quality and long lasting prints in a range of materials. Whereas, local printers provide standard quality options
Do we need to schedule a consultation?
You do not unless you feel you want/need to. If we are located in the same area, I am always down for a chat over some Coffee, Bula, or Tequila!
How much is your deposit?
My non-refundable retainer is only $200 vs. a percentage of the total cost
When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due one month before the wedding date. If we book your wedding within a month before your wedding we will work out the payment plan.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I offer custom payment plans to best suit you and your partner as you prep for your special day
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I have an umbrella policy as well as coverage on my gear.
Do you charge tax?
It depends on the state the service is performed in and the services provided
In the state of Iowa my services and digital products are subject to sales tax
In the state of Illinois my digital product packages + my services are not subject to sales tax, unless you order a tangible product
