Tips to get a Response
Hey Friend! Thanks so much for being here! I have included in this page some addresses for favorite brands that you found on my reel! Here are the addresses that I have found for the company headquarters or the client relations departments from some research and other brides that have sent an invite/fan mail to them.
There is no guarantee that they will send something back but there are some ways that could up your chances. Now here's the trick– a simple wedding invite may do but to really catch the companies attention and to increase the likelihood they will send something back here are some ideas to spruce up your invite:
Personalizing the Invite
- Include a handwritten note expressing why their brand is special to you and how it played a role in your relationship or wedding planning.
- If you’re a big fan of the brand, send an extra printed photo or those little polaroids with the invitation. In the pic, show you and your future spouse using their products or services. That could look like wearing their clothes, sitting on one of their planes, or smiling in front of one of their stores.
- Mention why you love the brand. If you’ve got a favorite cookie flavor, fishing bait, favorite John Deere tractor you own, Snap- On drill for example, it’s worth including. It might work to your advantage when they’re deciding what to send you!
- Consider including your social handles if you’ve got a number of followers. This is a sneaky way of showing the brand that a wedding gift could work to their advantage. For instance, if they send you a box of goodies and you share a video of it on TikTok, that can be an easy brand promotion win for them.
Timing Matters
- Send invites early (brands may have limited promo budgets for the year).
- Target seasons when brands are engaging with customers (holidays, engagement season, or company anniversaries).
